Two chapters a class, worked through together rather than lectured and installed in your actual life that week — not someday. Then a Cohort accountability where you say what ran and what did not, and somebody in the room tells you the thing your team is too polite to say.

The same argument, twice a month, for years. That is not a relationship problem — it is a meeting that never got scheduled.
It is never the friction that does the damage. It is the interval before somebody names it.
Excellent for everyone else. And in the quiet, something important is missing.
Attend the twelve live coaching calls for six weeks, complete the twelve weeks of curriculum plus homework,
and if your Alignment Audit has not moved by graduation,

No. Therapy is a clinical relationship that explores what happened to you. This is an operating system for what you are building. If what you are carrying needs clinical help, Dean will tell you that rather than take your money.
About two hours a week, and most of that is the coaching call. The daily work is fifteen minutes.
You will, probably around week five. The material does not expire, calls are recorded, and the cohort is small enough that somebody notices and comes to get you.

Don't take our word for it. Let the system speak for itself.
Three scored Protocol assessments: Personal Alignment, Leadership, Communication. You take them in week one and again at week twelve. Whatever you believe about your progress, the score is the score. Most programs ask you how you feel at the end. This one measures you at both ends.
Complete the protocol work. If your audit has not moved, we keep working with you at no additional cost, or you take a full refund. The risk sits with us, because the outcome depends on a system, not on motivation holding out for twelve weeks.
Small enough that Mike knows your name and your file by week two. When the seats are gone the cohort closes. That is the constraint that makes the live sessions worth $6,000.
Three books, three workbooks, a 62-page Protocol Workbook, and a tool library of scripts and frameworks you keep forever. You can read the entire written system before you ever join a live call. Start with the Complete Library at $147 if you want to see the thinking first.
Foundation, then internal alignment, then how you lead in the room, then how you communicate under pressure. The sequence is the method. You cannot fix the room before you fix the standard you hold yourself to.
Read the books. Take the assessment. Judge it on the work, not on the promise.
